>>> PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OUR PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER CANNOT PROCESS CREDIT CARD ORDERS ANY MORE <<< We do not know if this will be for good or just for a few months. I has nothing to do with our services to our customers but we assume that it is another lobbying activity of the u.s. pharmaceutical industry to stop the business of generics being sold via the internet. they already managed to stop payment service providers in the u.s.a. and western countries and now they are trying to do the same for the rest of the world. fact is that years ago we could use paypal to sell our products then paypal had to stop process payments for us. then we used ginix in the u.s.a. who were stopped as well. then we invoiced via paysystems in canada which was stopped and then a few others which all disappeared and every time we lost money as at the end none of them cared to pay out our assets. the payment provider we have used for the last four years was a record long time with an acquirer and we do hope that it will continue soo but we have lost a lot of our good faith and would not be surprised if the credit card processing would come to a final end. you might question how it is possible that pharmaceutical companies can control the payment services to such an extent. they just have enough money to pay hundreds of lawyers who trigger cases accusing payment service providers that they resell generics themselves thus violating western or pharmaceutical laws. they 'proof' their statements by pointing out that these credit card processors take a discount fee of 5-10% of the sales value plus a flat fee per transaction and thus they are 'resellers'... interesting logic but if you have enough money you obviously can make it pass. for the time being we will suspend our activity and if the situation will not improve until summer we will have to close as we have lost to much money in the past with unreliable credit card processors. thank you for understanding - contrademedical / excelsior group ltd. We offer generics only. Generics are cheaper medication having the same effective substance as the original product. A widely known example is Aspirin by Bayer which contains acetylsalicylic acid. Aspirin is the original trademarked brand name but generics of Aspirin are offered worldwide. If you take Aspirin you take acetylsalicylic acid and if you buy unbranded acetylsalicylic acid you are buying a generic with a (hopefully) lower price but the same substance and the same effects. Generics are NO counterfeits. They are manufactured in FDA certified and controlled labs and are as safe as the original product. Counterfeit drugs look the same as the original drug. They have the same shape, color and packaging but they are not manufactured by the original manufacturer and they can never come from a FDA certified environment as they are illegal. Whatever is overpriced is in danger of being copied and will hit the market as illegal counterfeits of minor quality (luxury watches, expensive fashion brands and expensive drugs). In fact asking for a generic FDA certified drug is the safest way to go as nobody will ever make a counterfeit of a generic because the profit is to low for an illegal operation (proof: Nobody will copy cheap but good quality watches like Swatch or Timex). Sildenafil, Tadalafil and others - Find more information on trademark names and generic versions here... All our products are legally manufactured following GMP rules and certified by the India FDA and under permanent supervision of independent FDA certified labs.Click on a product group in the Main Menu (left) to see all our offerings..!
